Courses Included:

• 104 in-person hours of fundamental training in: Fulfillment, Balance, & Process styles of Co-Active Coaching
• Six month virtual training: ongoing class work including 18 hours triad practice coaching & one-on-one supervision of client coaching sessions and 10 hours with a mentor coach; 15 clients & 100+ paid hours
• Written & Oral Exams
• Acquired capacity to work as an independent Co-Active Coach using the CTI model of focusing on the whole person
