Mein Tätigkeitsfeld Finanzen: Finanzentscheider unterstützen, erfolgreich investitionsintensive Transaktionen und Transformationen durchzuführen, profitables Wachstum, Risikosteuerung, KPI-basierte Messung von Unternehmenserfolg, Change-Management und Digitale Transformation zu etablieren. 

Mein Tätigkeitsfeld Organisationsentwicklung: Organisationen und Individuen unterstützen, eine neue produktivere, kreativere und freundlichere Arbeitsumgebung zu erschaffen. Basierend auf technologischen, psychologischen, soziologischen Hilfsmitteln können Unternehmens-Performance gesteigert und damit Wettbewerbsvorteile generiert werden.

Mein Tätigkeitsfeld Führungskräfteentwicklung: Führungskräfte unterstützen ihre Potenziale zu erkennen, zu entfalten und nachhaltig zu nutzen. Der Fokus liegt auf Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Führungsverständnis, Erkennen von Gefühlen und Bedürfnissen, Kommunikation sowie Führen im digitalen Zeitalter.

My Coaching Experience including External Accreditation

>5 years of coaching experience within Canon Coaching Network and 4-5 years of external coaching with International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am certified coach, certified by ICF and German Chamber of Commerce.

My Coaching Style / Approach

Systemic Coach, NLP oriented, mindfulness and Non-violent communication and inner team based, potential and self-concept and self-regulation oriented. Focus on psychologic and sociologic implications.

My Leadership Experience

25+ years in finance and general leaderships positions; strong background in international and corporate environment; mentor, coach, organisation and people developer.

My Business Knowledge

Electronics, trade and manufacturing knowledge, accounting, finance, consulting, business and strategy development, digital transformation, in depth knowledge in M&A/ investment intensive transactions and transformations, risk and KPI based management of turnaround and change processes.

Why I Coach?

I love to support people to explore, develop and sustainably utilize their full potential, help them to explore their feelings, understand their needs, communicate effectively and efficiently and lead in an agile and humble way in a digital, ever changing environment. 
I support CFOs, Executives, Change Makers, Organizations and people in the fields of personal and organizational transformation, exploring purpose of and developing one self and the organization. The tools I am working with are client centered according to their development and learning needs. Most recently I worked with the MIT and Presencing Institute with Theory U and U.lab.
