Team coaching has been growing exponentially in the last years and with the publication of the ICF Team Coaching Competencies, there has been several conversations around differences between the diverse team development modalities.
One of the questions that linger is about facilitation and team coaching. What are the differences? Do we use facilitation skills in team coaching? In which way? More than that, what tools or facilitation techniques would you be able to use with a team?
The role of the workshop is to provide an overview of the team development modalities, narrowing the conversation to facilitation and team coaching, introducing some facilitation tools that can be used in different stages of the team coaching process.
