Işıl Uysal, LifeWork Coach (PCC), co-founder of BeCoach Academy and Katia Triggiani, Leadership Coach (PCC) and Organizational Transformation Consultant will share their experience, make you practice and learn in a dynamic coaching space.

Işıl Uysal (PCC) & Chapter-Host Katia Triggiani (PCC)
Işıl Uysal is a professional coach, trainer, and facilitator dedicated to helping individuals lead with possibility and growth. A PCC-credentialed coach, she has partnered with professionals and leaders worldwide, guiding them to meaningful transformation. Passionate about work as a medium for human generosity and development, she explores this in her book The Gift of Being Unfulfilled at Work and her podcast. Formerly a senior manager in banking, she now lives in Munich, Germany.
Katia Triggiani is a professional coach, mentor and organizational consultant. She I has 26 years of corporate experience and passionate about building communities. From 2012 to 2017 she run the Professional Women Club in Munich and is since February 2024 ICF Munich Chapter co-host.
