This group supervision session offers a space for coaches to reflect on their practice through the lens of inclusion.
While supervision typically follows the coach’s agenda, this session invites awareness of how inclusion— or its absence — shows up in our coaching relationships.
Participants are encouraged to explore personal assumptions, relational dynamics, and systemic influences.
The goal is not to teach inclusion, but to supervise with it in mind.
Together, we’ll stay curious, connected, and open to what emerges.ision provides a space for reflection.

Value for you as a participant:
This session offers coaches a reflective space to examine how issues of inclusion may consciously or unconsciously influence their coaching practice. It supports deeper awareness of identity, privilege, and difference—not as abstract concepts, but as lived realities in the coaching space. By linking individual cases to broader systemic patterns, the session strengthens both ethical presence and relational sensitivity. Participants leave with renewed clarity, expanded perspective, and a stronger foundation for inclusive practice.
