Sonja will give insights into her work with corporate clients and share hands-on applications of the VIA strengths model from recent coaching and training engagements across Germany and Switzerland.

• how to use it for personal branding and authentic presence
• and how strength-based coaching can unlock potential in teams
Sonja is Managing Partner of her own boutique consulting firm, focusing on fractional CFO work, coaching and finance advisory. Until 2023, she held senior leadership roles including CFO at RockTech Lithium and other global companies. She’s worked across Germany, Canada and sub-Saharan Africa and brings over 25 years of business experience – now combined with her passion for coaching, breathwork and well-being.
