Live-Webinar: Coaching Intelligent Teams; Leveraging Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI)
A key to understanding Relationship Systems Coaching as both a dynamic as well as reflective practice for coaches and organizations, is to view the work through a systemic lens that captures the intersection and interplay of 1) the system present (individual, team or organization, 2) as part of a nested system 3) in interdependent relationship with a larger whole.
Following two decades of rapid growth, the coaching field is now expanding from 1-to-1 modes to working across levels via group coaching, team coaching and systems coaching. The shift to team-centric performance management systems and to new agile organizational designs necessitates that coaches be able to work across levels.
The purpose of the session will be to explore the critical role of Systemic awareness and to shift the attention from the individual to the collective. In individual work it is necessary to understand that the individual client is comprised not only of a large number of selves or roles interacting with whatever are in front of the client. Indeed, no person is an island, nor is one self-expression ever the whole story!
Specific learning objectives for the session include:
- Increased awareness and cognitive knowledge around the role of systemic coaching in facilitating evolution within clients as well as client teams and partnerships.
- Increased cognitive knowledge underlying the challenge for individuals and organizations to shift to new ways of understanding the modern day challenge, including trends in research and practice.
- Increased skills and applied knowledge and useful tools immediately available to use by participants
- Increased awareness and confidence about the present and future emergence of Relationship Systems coaching
