THE LAB: The Coaching Opening – Dress the Knight BEFORE Slaying the Dragon

In this lab you will :

The coaching opening is critical. It establishes whether the session will flow with resonance or be totally frustrating – and that determines whether any sustainable change can happen or not. Often, clients arrive more invested in being resistant or non-responsive, making little or no progress. Other times, clients bring nothing to the table but still expect a transformation. This webinar addresses the three key ingredients that reduce 98% of the hard work to get the client set to explore a meaningful topic with courage, will and desire – all within the first 15 minutes!

Benefits for the participants:

·      Simple ways to build stronger investment in the topic

·      Tips to quickly uncover the deeper pattern driving the client

·      Guidelines for converting initial resistance into resilient will-power

·      Full demonstration of the coaching opening
