Over the years she has developed an extensive experience with Top Managers of International Companies in the area of talent assessment, development and succession, helping organisations to design the most effective and business-consistent Talent Strategies. Executive assessor and C-suite coach, she supports leaders and organisations to identify critical leadership strengths and capability gaps by inventorying C-level/executive talents against business priorities and targeting also development solutions. Over the years she has helped organisations in implementing meaningful and sustainable coaching programs and initiatives and she knows how coaching best practice in organisations looks like.
