Coaching Corporate Millennials Through Stress Issues

When we think about stress in the work place we usually think about dead-lines and assignments. We ignore the stress outside the office and by doing so we ignore the holistic nature of stress. According to AARP Public Policy, 25% of the millennials in the workforce today are caregivers caring for at least one family member. Being a caregiver effects a person’s physical, emotional and mental availability to keep up with work responsibilities.  If you are coaching in a corporate environment it is likely that you are already coaching employees and/or executives struggling with additional chronic stress due to the challenges of balancing caregiving and work responsibilities. These issues hold a potential to sabotage the coaching by undermining the client’s ability to achieve goals as well as compromising the sustainability of the client’s achievements. In this webinar you will learn to to recognize, address and coach these issues.
