Inspiration Session: Happiness at Work

NOTE: this event takes place ONLINE.
Did you know that happy employees work with 180% more energy, are 45% more productive and 60% less likely to be sick, burned out or leave an organization? Increasingly, organizations recognize that happy and engaged employees are critical for organizational success. But where to start? What does happiness at work mean, how can it be defined and measured? And how can employee happiness be successfully embedded in your people strategy or coaching approach? This inspiration session will provide you with the answers to these questions and will give you inspiration for practical approaches and tools to increase happiness at work.

This inspiration session is targeted at managers, HR professionals and coaches looking to make impact with employee happiness in organizations.

Participants will gain insights in:

  • the latest research about happiness at work
  • the research-based definition and 15 key drivers of employee happiness
  • the elements of a successful employee happiness strategy
  • effective ways of improving happiness and engagement in organizations
  • tools to measure and monitor employee happiness
