Selma Fehrmann is an organizational psychologist (MSc), certified coach (Gallup, ICF ACC) and founder of the Institute for Positive Psychology (IPP). Before founding the IPP, Selma gained 15 years of experience in HR positions in Europe and the Middle East. As an advocate of the positive psychology – the science of happiness and well-being –, she is driven to support people to maximize their lives – both at work and beyond. Selma is a Dutch national and lives in Düsseldorf with her family.
Selma and her co-facilitator Edit Pelejtei-Horvath, along with their partners Morana Smolcic and Elizabeth Kruempelmann, are part of an international team of Dusseldorf-based ICF certified coaches and co-founders of the Global Paths Academy (GPA), which offers professional and personal development programs in English for expats, global professionals and coaches.
