Group Supervision Session – Live Demonstration
In this interactive session, Eva will hold a live demonstration of Coaching Supervision in a group setting.
The session will develop around a case presented by a coach who will volunteer to bring a question on which they wish to deepen their reflection. Four to five participants will integrate the Group setting, so the coach can benefit from the collective wisdom to expand their perspectives and create new alternatives going forward with the case brought by them. The primary focus of the reflection will not be on coaching competencies, but rather on helping the coach investigate how they and their client are showing up in their relationship, or how the multiple layers of relationships from the wider system may impact the coaching engagement. This session will be offered in English.
