Unconcious Bias in Coaching

Unconscious bias plays a big role in our daily life, limiting connection, creativity and innovation, even maybe coaching ethics. That’s even more so In the current worldwide situation.

As a coach, you’re a great lead and advocate to prevent the harmful repercussions of unconscious bias. Whilst it may seem nearly impossible to illiminate them, you can implement strategies to maintain self-awareness and general mindfulness .Human brains like to take shortcuts, this is why people, even coaches, make assumptions based on stereotypes. Unconscious bias is dangerous because it leads us to stop listening without fully understanding, hearing only what is convenient for us and it prevents from connecting fully with our clients.

This workshop focuses on raising the awareness of unconscious bias amongst coaches and offers ideas & tools based on neuroscience (Body & Brain).

It helps coaches coach the clients more effectively.
