Our most important decisions are influenced by our current needs, past experiences and future consequences. However, what is often underestimated is the crucial role that our future self plays in these decisions.
In this interactive workshop, we invite you as a coach to dive deeper into the dynamics between the present and the future.
The session is about tools used in coaching which help the coachee understand their personality better. I will share personal experiences where I used Psychometric tools as well as interventions like 360 Feedback in drawing more insights about my clients, which helped make the coaching conversation richer. The session will also have tips on administering such tools, and how they can be useful in Leadership as well as Career Development.

Ashish is a Coach (PCC), HR Consultant & senior HR leader with extensive experience in Talent, Performance, and Leadership Consulting. He has played several roles in Corporate HR & takes particular interest in coaching in the areas of leadership development, career transitions, learning & team effectiveness. Ashish is passionate about helping individuals find their purpose, and helping build organizational effectiveness. Across his career, Ashish has coached individuals as well as managers & leaders in MNCs & Tech Startups.
