Antje is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and experienced Organizational Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) with over 20 years in leadership development and systemic coaching. She supports teams and leaders in navigating complexity, enhancing collaboration, and strengthening relational intelligence. With a background in executive coaching and organizational transformation, she brings practical expertise and engaging facilitation to her sessions. Passionate about systemic coaching, Antje blends theory with interactive exercises to help coaches grasp the fundamentals of ORSC and apply them effectively in their work.
