Inclusive Leadership – an introduction to the key capabilities of effective leadership at work (EN)

In a world where clients, markets, technology and society are all changing rapidly, it is essential that leaders are ‘fit for the future’ by bringing inclusion to the heart of their organizations.

Liz Grant of Fantail Business Development will lead us in a session where we will explore some of the main themes around inclusive leadership in practice. Liz is the principal consultant at Fantail – a UK-based consultancy which works with employers to help them build more inclusive workplaces.

In this thought-provoking session, we will understand both the overall approach Fantail takes to inclusive leadership as well as to experience some of the work firsthand. Liz will guide us to examine key themes from both a personal and an organizational perspective.

The emphasis of Fantail’s approach is that Inclusive Leadership is just good leadership.

The event will be in English.

Who should attend?

Both experienced and newer coaches could find this session thought provoking, informative and entertaining as they consider its relevance to their areas of work.

Overview of the evening:

In this interactive workshop we will explore the main themes around inclusive leadership in practice.

We start by exploring the Personal aspects of Inclusive Leadership: experiences of difference, develop a bespoke customised personal narrative for inclusion and complete an audit of the facets of inclusive leadership.

We will take a short break and then in the second half of the workshop we will touch upon the Organisational considerations for inclusive workplaces.  What are the blockers and enablers in the organisation for inclusion? How do we mitigate against blockers and heighten the enablers?

We will finish with a discussion on the relevance of this material to your current work.
