After years of crisis & zooming, we feel a strong desire to reconnect in person with our Munich coaching community. And we feel a strong urge to tap into the leadership potential of our professional community in the light of the massive changes and profound transformations our societies, our clients and ourselves are currently experiencing.
We want to use the warm summer months to do so in an open air setting and would love to invite you to our explorative walk in the park and going to the Biergarten afterwards.

Here’s what you can expect:
Luisa and Florian will greet you from 6 pm at the Werneckewiese in the English Garden (Google Maps). We will lead you through an experience that will use all senses to reconnect with the people and the world around us - and from there exploring into the futures that are about to emerge and the role we want to play in co-creating these futures as coaches.
Please note that this will be an event focusing on experience and exploration. We will not go in depth about the theory behind, but rather use the creative and connecting power unleashed by some coaching and facilitating methods (e.g., liberating structures, theory U, ORSC, and Co-Active elements).
After the experience, there will be time to sit down together in the Biergarten “Hirschau” and connect, share, and reflect.
Please be prepared physically for an event that involves standing, moving around and walking for around 1.5 hours. Please arrive between 6 and 6:30 pm as we will be changing location several times afterwards. It might be a good idea to bring appropriate clothing and shoes. If you want, you can also bring food for Biergarten or buy some there. We will facilitate in English to allow for maximum diversity. You can switch to German in small group conversations.
The walk will end at the Biergarten “Hirschau” (Gyßlingstraße 15, 80805 München) in the northern part of the English Garden, around 1 km walking distance from Münchner Freiheit and Dietlindenstraße.
If weather conditions prevent us from hosting the event on July 18, we will reschedule for after summer holidays.
