In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to produce an ugly baby (also known as a first s^&% draft). We will be sharing highlights and create challenge buckets from which we get to experience H.O.P.E..
Melanie will guide you through this highly interactive and artful laboratory that will be fun, thought-provoking, and challenging you to see things differently. All the tools can be used with your own clients. All you will need to do is bring curiosity, willingness to experiment, a couple of pieces of paper, some colored pens, and the desire to surprise yourself in exploring what wants to emerge from the future. Perhaps it is that lost idea, a way to bring in more money, balance, or whatever it is you desire to create.

Melanie Sears has worked as an innovation facilitator developing executives and teams. Her sweet spot is bridging creativity and business. Melanie has always excelled at leading cross-functional teams in her 27 years' experience and bringing different disciplines together to achieve optimal results. She holds a BS in Management and Marketing and is a PCC, CPCC and part of the ICF Virtual Education Team. She has a unique ability to personally connect and draw out new, creative ideas from her clients in 1:1 or group settings.
