You love coaching and have already mastered your approach: you know how to structure a coaching session and you know the fundamental questions. Now, you are ready for the next step in your growth as a coach. You want to tailor your coaching approach to what fits each client – in short, you would like to partner more with whoever is sitting in front of you (or on the other side of the screen). You would like to be more flexible and relaxed in your sessions.
In the workshop “Partnering with your Client” you will learn how to create flexible and relaxed coaching sessions in partnership with your clients. We will explore when in coaching sessions partnering is easiest and what you can do to make it happen. You will walk away with a simple concept and will have witnessed a lovely coaching demo illustrating partnership with your client. This will also prepare you optimally for your journey to Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation.
