During the peer consulting sessions (introvision) we are going to reflect our work | attitude | methods and tools based on concrete casework, the participants bring in. The aim of such reflection is to understand ourselves (our biases and assumptions) better, to expand our ´window of tolerance` and to increase the quality of our coaching services. As the participants can a case giver in one session and a moderator in another one, in addition to the reflection you will get a deepen understanding of the group-dynamic processes and their management too.

Katarzyna is an experienced international business and environmental mediator (DACH | KNE) | (internationally certified) mediator common mediation trainer and supervisor (DACH), business (Team) coach (IHK | ICF) | university teacher and mediation researcher regarding cross cultural understanding and collaboration in the new work. Her areas of expertise are furthermore (Self) leadership, leadership of diversity and conflict transformation, especially in the cross border disputes.
Katarzyna is the owner of business mediation and intercultural communication since 2007 | co-founder and board member of the Mediation Research Group as also of the International Network Elder Mediation | Member of the mediation centre Lewiatan | member of the competent centre KNE and of the International Coaching Federation | jury member in the ICC International Mediation Competition| Spokeswoman for the DACH International Poland, editorial member of the journal Perspective Mediation and author since 1995.
