What’s one wish that kept emerging from the data collected among formal and informal leaders?
In her lunch talk, Ute will share insights from her research and which wish kept on surfacing from the data.
Together, we will explore the challenges and opportunities tied to that wish, and what this means for leaders, organisations, and coaching in evolving workplaces and in organisations. Whether you lead teams or support those who do, whether you already have a coaching culture in your company or would like to implement one, you’ll enjoy this reflective mid-day session.
