We would like to present a new cloud based tool – Prelude Suite – which we are just introducing in selected markets. Prelude Suite provides a proven and creative way to perform team development of both co-located and virtual / distributed teams.
We aim to provide an interactive, virtual workshop rather than a lecture. If possible, we would leverage Zoom and another tool called MURAL to make the experience as interactive as possible.
As an asynchronous preparation we would like to invite interested participants to perform Module 1 of Prelude Suite for free which is a simple but powerful psychometric assessment; this just takes 20 minutes and would provide a great basis for a live discussion as part of the workshop. Part of the discussion would be of course a discussion of Prelude Suite vs. common psychometric assessments like MBTI, Gallup Strengthsfinder, DiSC, etc.
If time allows we would like to perform a few more interactive exercises to show participants how powerful and simple a meaningful team development can be performed virtually. This recent article in LinkedIn might provide a glimpse about that beforehand. Even more important we would like to share our client experience with Prelude.
If time allows we would like to end with a nice discussion and exchange about virtual team development.
