I am happy to share the journey as an internal coach at SAP from various perspectives: From a grass-root approach with someone in Walldorf who had an idea and the confidence to do it, growing of the community to over 500 coaches in 95 locations and ambassadors in all regions; global reach and availability to every employee as well as bringing the local coach community to life. We will discuss how to start such an initiative, find and train internal coaches, incorporate coaching in the organization, continuous learning, why quality matters, limits of internal coaching, confidentiality, ethical guidelines and how to measure success.
Since 1996 working for SAP in various positions - Solution Management, Custom Development, Partner Management and Risk Management. | ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), since 2012 working as a Coach with more than 100 internal and external clients. | Worked as a Leadership Coach over a period of seven month in Bangalore. | Degree in Electronics and Economics & Business Administration | Austrian, loves skiing.
