This short lecture will talk about my research which has explored the importance of self-awareness in our development as coaches, including an exploration of what exactly is self-awareness

I am a PCC certified coach, coaching supervisor and visiting tutor at Henley Business School – I have been working as a practicing coach for 12 years. Based on my own experiences and development I started a PhD research journey looking at self-awareness and coach development.
