Developing Resilient Coaching Programs for Social Change

How can we as coaches create impactful coaching programs for social change that are resilient and ethical? In this session, we will present the key factors to overcome the main obstacles and challenges and learn from a current example. By the end of the session, attendees will get insights about factors for resilient and impactful coaching programs for social change and develop their own roadmap on how to start and/or continue their journey for meaningful impact.

Katerina works with leaders from around the world supporting them to create healthy workplaces and sustainable positive change. She is passionate about coaching, leadership and citizenship. Her coaching style is holistic, compassionate and challenging, integrating her multifaceted background. She is managing director of Six Steps Ahead, member of the HBR Advisory Council, global faculty member at the ACTP program of the ICA and co-founder of CoachActivism.  As of 2020 she is also the co-leader of the ICF  “Team and Work Group Coaching„ CoP.
