Measuring ROI in Organisational Coaching - current state of research and practical Implementation

This webinar will explain why measuring coaching success has become increasingly important for organisational coaching during recent years. We will discuss previous approaches that have already been used to measure coaching impact and their associated challenges. We will particularly focus on one approach that has gained recent popularity among organisations and practitioners: The approach to quantify coaching success by measuring a financial return on investment (ROI) for coaching. But what does current research tell us about this attempt to measure coaching success? Is it even possible to accurately and adequately measure an ROI for coaching? Are there any other, perhaps, more valid, alternatives? How can data driven coaching products facilitate ROI analyses and analyses of coaching’s impact on retention or engagement in the future?
