MENTOR COACHING IN ENGLISH FOR ACC OR PCC CERTIFICATION

I am English and live in Munich. I have been closely involved with the ICF since 2010, being accredited at PCC level and as a Mentor Coach. I also am the Chapter Host for the ICF branch in Munich.

I focus on core strengths and authentic style, seeking to understand the underlying patterns of beliefs that impact the leader, their relationships and the wider system and strive to provide observations and feedback that bring about transformation.  My own business experience helps me to understand a client´s context and generate insights.
