Speaker: Sylvia Becker-Hill
Sylvia Becker-Hill, was in 1997 a true pioneer of the German speaking coaching industry, ICF Rhein-Ruhr chapter founder, first German coach to be certified by the ICF in 2002 immediately as a PCC, the second highest level and shaped our community as a board member and as ICF Germany President in 2005/2006. Her article “Between Four Ears” (“Zwischen Vier Ohren”) published by Manager Seminare in Mai 2003 about coaching over the phone became a classic that started a new industry segment. She kept her relationship with the ICF Germany alive despite living since summer 2006 in the USA. You can read some of her contributions in our archives on the ICF Germany webpage or a testimonial about her ICF Coaching Conference in partnership with the Munich Business School in 2015 on her speaking page.
She is still after 27 years later a pioneer expanding the scope of coaching by integrating and inventing change empowering modalities and processes, like Neuro Creativity™ and Somatic Probing™. Sylvia collects certifications like other women collect handbags and shoes. In alignment with her clients’ needs she chooses then the “appropriate outfit”.
She will wake us up for the astounding possibilities the newest research from industries outside of classic coaching are offering us.
