Coaching supervision with coach and client.

In the context of coaching supervision, the supervisee, typically the coach, engages in a reflective dialogue with the supervisor to discuss and analyze their professional practice. Recognizing the collaborative nature of the coaching relationship, where both coach and client work together to foster the client's growth, it is important to acknowledge that actions taken by both the coach and the client contribute to enhancing the coaching dynamic. Consequently, integrating both the coach and the client in a supervision session focused on the coaching relationship aligns with this collaborative approach.

This workshop is designed to impart a straightforward yet impactful framework for conducting supervision sessions that involve both the coach and the client in a tripartite setting. We will present this framework, provide a demonstration, and address any inquiries you may have. By the end of the workshop, you will have acquired a robust methodology for leading effective three-way conversations, particularly within the context of supervisory sessions involving both the coach and the client.
